How it works

  • Select your desired location from your organisation’s estate.

  • Choose a floor or designated area to see real-time workspace availability and facilities.

  • Choose a desk from the floor plan.

  • Book on the day or in advance for yourself, a colleague or a team.

  • Confirm your booking within 30 minutes or lose the reservation.

  • Receive automatic email reminders of your reservation.
