We were asked to support the health economy of north east London to develop a whole system response to the national drive towards integration and new models of care, to improve care quality and system efficiencies.
Our team has worked with senior stakeholders across seven CCGs, five providers, and eight local authorities in north east London, as well as colleagues from NHS England, Health Education England and UCL Partners, to help shape a sustainability and transformation plan (STP).

Through our support, the multiple stakeholders in north east London have come together for the first time to work as one health economy to articulate the common priorities across the area and innovative ways of addressing financial challenges
