Currently splitting his time between NECS and NEL, Stephen has extensive knowledge of and experience in the NHS. He began his career in the pharmaceutical industry before joining the NHS as a practice and fundholding manager in Deptford, South East London.
Splitting his time between NEL and NECS, Chris has 10 years senior finance experience in Health and has been fundamental to the standardisation of contract management delivery in the North East, supporting the CCGs in managing over 1,000 healthcare contracts worth £2.5billion.

Helen brings extensive experience of both commissioning and providing services within the NHS across primary, community and secondary care services. This experience puts her at the forefront in delivering technical and operational services across our geography of customers.
James joined NEL in 2020 as the Interim Chief Operating Officer for LITA (London Improvement Transformation Architecture) with responsibility for the Healthy London Partnership (HLP) and the NEL Consultancy teams. Two teams focussed on driving improvement on behalf of NHS partners across London. James brings a wealth of experience across the NHS, including a background in primary, community, mental health, acute and ambulance services as well working as a provider, commissioner and at regional level. James’s key focus is on joint, integrated improvement working together to make best use of all partners capabilities to deliver positive change.
Over the last 25 years, Tony has worked for leading consultancies and systems integrators, driving large scale transformation programmes in both the private and public sector. He is our Director of Technology. He believes passionately in delivering better customer experiences through innovative, pragmatic, delivery focused and results orientated engagements.
